
Ingredients:
• 3 – Potatoes (cubed)
• 1/2 tsp – Ajwain seeds
• 1 tsp – Dried Mango powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 1 – Tomato (chopped)
• 1/4 cup – Thick yogurt
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Cook the cubed potatoes in salted water until they turn soft.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add the ajwain seeds and potatoes.
- Saute well till the potatoes turns crispy.
- Add the dried mango powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato and some water and cook until the potatoes are well coated with the spices.
- Finally add the yogurt and bring to a boil, before taking it off the flame.
- Serve hot with rotis.
