
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 ½ cups – water
• For Masala:
• ¼ tsp – Cumin seeds
• ¼ tsp – ajwain seeds
• ½ tsp – papad khar
• 1 tsp – Ginger chilli paste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the water. Add all the masalas to the boiling water.
- Allow to boil for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the boiling water in a thali containing rice flour.
- Bind to a dough after cooling down a little.
- Steam the dough by spreading the dough in a thali and then placing the thali on a stand in a large vessel filled with water.
- When cool form into balls.
- Roll out thin puris on the rolling board with the help of rolling pin.
- Dry them in sunlight.
- Deep fry and serve with rice and curries.
