Ingredients:

• 1 – knolkhol, grated
• 1 – carrot, grated
• 4 tbsp – besan
• 2 tbsp – Coconut powder
• 3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• Coriander leaves
• Salt
• Oil
• 1 cup – idli batter

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients with leftover idli mix (batter).
  2. Do not add water.
  3. The consistency of the dough must be a thick enough to make small balls.
  4. Keep kadai or deep bottom vessel on stove. Add oil in it and heat well.
  5. Add small balls into it and fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve with ketchup and tea.
