Ingredients:
• 1 cup – heaped flour
• 2 pinch soda powder
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 3 cups – water
• 100 g – Ghee
• ½ liter – Milk
• 6 crushed Cardamom
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – rose essence
• 2 pinch Saffron
Method:
- Cook the mutton with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water and grind it with ginger and green chilli.
- Add roasted gram powder, fried onions and garam masala powder, make small balls from the mixture and keep aside.
- For Gravy:
- Fry ginger, garlic, garam masala powder, onions and tomatoes and grind them with coconut.
- In a pan, add oil and cinnamon stick, then add the above ground mixture with 1 cup of water. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
- Then, add the balls and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
