Ingredients:

• 1 cup – heaped flour
• 2 pinch soda powder
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 3 cups – water
• 100 g – Ghee
• ½ liter – Milk
• 6 crushed Cardamom
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – rose essence
• 2 pinch Saffron

Method:

  1. Cook the mutton with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and grind it with ginger and green chilli.
  3. Add roasted gram powder, fried onions and garam masala powder, make small balls from the mixture and keep aside.
  4. For Gravy:
  5. Fry ginger, garlic, garam masala powder, onions and tomatoes and grind them with coconut.
  6. In a pan, add oil and cinnamon stick, then add the above ground mixture with 1 cup of water. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
  7. Then, add the balls and allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
