Ingredients:
• Horse Gram-1/2 cup
• Powdered Jaggery-1/4 cup
• Cardamom Powder-1/4 tsp
• Ghee-2 tsp
Method:
- Dry roast horse gram in a pan. Powder it in a blender.
- Add powdered jaggery to this and mix well.
- Then, add cardamom powder.
- To this mixture, add ghee and mix well.
- Make rounded ladoos with this mixture . Serve immediately.
