Ingredients:

• 500 g – boneless Chicken
• 20 – dry chillies
• 300 g – small Onions
• Oil – for frying Onions

Method:

  1. In a cast-iron casserole, heat oil.
  2. Add the onion and saute for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add finely chopped, deseeded red chillies and fry till the oil turns red.
  4. Add chicken, mix well.
  5. Then cover and cook till the chicken is cooked well.
  6. Stir occasionally.
