Ingredients:
• 500 g – boneless Chicken
• 20 – dry chillies
• 300 g – small Onions
• Oil – for frying Onions
Method:
- In a cast-iron casserole, heat oil.
- Add the onion and saute for about 7 minutes.
- Add finely chopped, deseeded red chillies and fry till the oil turns red.
- Add chicken, mix well.
- Then cover and cook till the chicken is cooked well.
- Stir occasionally.
