Ingredients:
• 500 g – Wheat flour (for dough)
• For kheema:
• 250 g – Mushroom
• 4 – Spring onions (only white portion)
• 2 – green Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper
• Butter – as per need
• Salt to taste
• Cooking oil – as per need
Method:
- Finely chop mushroom, onion and garlic.
- Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 2 mins.
- Add chopped mushroom to the pan and cook for 5 mins.
- Add salt and white pepper, stir for 2 mins.
- Switch off the flame and allow the stuffing to cool.
- Prepare dough.
- Roll out into small chapattis.
- Fill the stuffing in the small chapattis and roll into the shape of round parathas.
- Cook parathas over pan.
- Serve hot with pudina or sweet tomato chutney.
