Ingredients:

• 500 g – Wheat flour (for dough)
• For kheema:
• 250 g – Mushroom
• 4 – Spring onions (only white portion)
• 2 – green Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper
• Butter – as per need
• Salt to taste
• Cooking oil – as per need

Method:

  1. Finely chop mushroom, onion and garlic.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add chopped mushroom to the pan and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add salt and white pepper, stir for 2 mins.
  5. Switch off the flame and allow the stuffing to cool.
  6. Prepare dough.
  7. Roll out into small chapattis.
  8. Fill the stuffing in the small chapattis and roll into the shape of round parathas.
  9. Cook parathas over pan.
  10. Serve hot with pudina or sweet tomato chutney.
