Ingredients:

• 1 kg – ladies finger
• 1 tbsp – gram flour
• 1/2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut the ladies finger into long pieces.
  2. Mix the flour, chilli powder and salt and add this mixture to the ladies finger and mix well.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the ladies finger.
