• 1 kg – ladies finger
• 1 tbsp – gram flour
• 1/2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
- Cut the ladies finger into long pieces.
- Mix the flour, chilli powder and salt and add this mixture to the ladies finger and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the ladies finger.
