Ingredients:

• Curd-500gms, Chicken – 1kg, Fenugreek seeds (methi) – 1 tsp, Garlic (lahsun) – 3 tsp, Ginger (adrak) paste – 1 tsp, Green chilli (mirchi) paste – 1 tsp, salt to taste, Sugar to taste, oil

Method:

  1. Mix curd, 2 tsp garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli paste and chicken.
  2. Marinate for an hour.
  3. In a wok (kadai) add 4 tbsp oil.
  4. Add methi seeds and let it splutter.
  5. Add remaining garlic paste.
  6. Fry till it turns brown.
  7. Add the marinated chicken along with curd.
  8. Cook covered till chicken is tender.
  9. Add salt and sugar to taste.
