Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Channa dal
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 2 -4 – Garlic
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Coriander for garnishing
Method:
- Soak channa dal in lukewarm water for about 30 mins
- Drain out the water and dry it
- Add curd and grind the drained dal coarsely in a mixer
- Crush some garlic and add to it.
- Add 3-4 tbsp of oil to mixture and salt to taste
- Add coriander to it
- Keep aside for about 15 mins and then deep fry.
