Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Channa dal
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 2 -4 – Garlic
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Coriander for garnishing

Method:

  1. Soak channa dal in lukewarm water for about 30 mins
  2. Drain out the water and dry it
  3. Add curd and grind the drained dal coarsely in a mixer
  4. Crush some garlic and add to it.
  5. Add 3-4 tbsp of oil to mixture and salt to taste
  6. Add coriander to it
  7. Keep aside for about 15 mins and then deep fry.
