Ingredients:

• 6 big Lime
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Fenugreek powder
• little Asafoetida

Method:

  1. Cut each lime into four pieces.
  2. Heat oil, cook covered for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Mix with rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cook again for 2 minutes for flavors to blend.
  5. It may be served after 20-30 minutes.
  6. But it will taste better the next day.
