
Ingredients:
• 250g – lobster Meat
• 5g – Red Chillies
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 Cardamom
• 3 peppercorns
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 1 Clove
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• 2 Onions
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chillies, cumin, mustard, turmeric, pepper, cloves, cardamom and oil.
- Heat oil, fry bay leaf and spices till oil separates.
- Then add lobster meat and chopped tomatoes and salt.
- Cook without water on low flame till done.
- Sprinkle water if required.
