Ingredients:

• 250g – lobster Meat
• 5g – Red Chillies
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 Cardamom
• 3 peppercorns
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 1 Clove
• 1/2 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• 2 Onions
• 4 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, red chillies, cumin, mustard, turmeric, pepper, cloves, cardamom and oil.
  2. Heat oil, fry bay leaf and spices till oil separates.
  3. Then add lobster meat and chopped tomatoes and salt.
  4. Cook without water on low flame till done.
  5. Sprinkle water if required.
