• Crushed Dry Fruits – 1.25 cups (Badam, Pista, Cashew)
• Elaichi Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – 1 cup


  1. Heat sugar in a non-stick pan till it melts and turns brown in colour.
  2. Add crushed dry fruits and elaichi powder.
  3. Transfer it immediately to a greased plate.
  4. Spread it evenly with a greased roller pin.
  5. Notch with a greased knife. (a slight impression is enough)
  6. Allow this to cool. Break it into pieces and serve
