Ingredients:
• Crushed Dry Fruits – 1.25 cups (Badam, Pista, Cashew)
• Elaichi Powder – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – 1 cup
Method:
- Heat sugar in a non-stick pan till it melts and turns brown in colour.
- Add crushed dry fruits and elaichi powder.
- Transfer it immediately to a greased plate.
- Spread it evenly with a greased roller pin.
- Notch with a greased knife. (a slight impression is enough)
- Allow this to cool. Break it into pieces and serve
