
Ingredients:
• Rice flour – 2 cups
• Maida – 1 cup
• Rava – 1 cup
• Onion – 8-10
• Green chilli – 30
• Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
• Oil
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan and add it to the rice flour, maida and rava and mix well.
- Add finely chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies and make a thick paste.
- Shape into vadas and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
