Ingredients:

• 50 Red Chillies (discard stalks)
• 10 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 2.5 pieces Turmeric
• 3 tbsp – Saunf
• 4 tbsp – pepper
• 1/2 cup – Chana dal
• dried Curry leaves a handful

Method:

  1. Roast all the ingredients from red chilies to chana dal without oil.
  2. Cool and powder with curry leaves.
  3. Cool and store in an air tight container.
