
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – puffed Rice (murmure)
• 1/2 tsp – oil
• 1/5 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2-3 pinches Asafoetida powder
• 2 green chillies, chopped
• 1 stalk Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 pinch citric acid powdered
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, large enough to contain murmure.
- Add chillies, curry leaves, turmeric, asafoetida, and stir.
- Add murmure, sprinkle citric acid and stir well.
- Take off fire, if required, to avoid burning at the bottom.
- Toss very well till flavours blend and murmure cools.
- Cool completely before storing in airtight container.
- Serve as an anytime snack, or even as munchies in transit.
