
Ingredients:
• 3 Orange Cream sandwich biscuits
• 250 ml chilled Milk
• 1 fresh orange, segmented, peeled and deseeded
• 2 scoops vanilla ice Cream
• 1-2 drops Orange colour
• 2-3 drops Orange essence
• a few tender Mint leaves
Method:
- Chill orange segments till required. Crush biscuits coarsely and place in an electric mixer.
- Add 50 ml milk. Run it in the mixie to form a smooth paste.
- Add ice cream and run the mixie again.
- Add rest of milk, essence, colour and 2 orange segments.
- Run mixie again till mixture is very frothy.
- Save 3 segments and break remaining to pieces.
- Divide and put them in 3 chilled glasses.
- Pour frothy mixture over segments.
- Insert one segment over the rim of each glass.
- Place it such that it barely touches the froth. Top gently with a couple of mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
