Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – baby Corn
• 1 tsp – paprika powder
• 2 tbsps – Greek Yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seed powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix Greek yoghurt and salt in a bowl into a paste.
- Add baby corns to the spices and toss gently, let it sit for half an hour.
- Arrange as single layer in a microwave safe plate and cook for 15 minutes on high until the baby corns turn crispy.
