Ingredients:

• Mutton- 1 kg
• Ghee- 3 tbsp
• Onion- 3
• Garlic- 5 to 6 pods
• Ginger paste- 2 tsp
• Curd- 500gm
• Whole red chilli- 10 to 12
• Black pepper- 15 to 20
• Salt to taste
• Bay leaves- 3

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton with curd onion, ginger, garlic paste, salt for 1 hour. Heat oil, add black pepper, red chilli, bay leaves and fry for 2 mins.
  2. Add the mutton and marinade to it, stir for 5 mins and pressure cook till meat is tender.
  3. Serve with naan.
