Ingredients:

• 1 cup- raw peanut.
• Salt to taste.
• 1/2 – finely chopped or grated onion, 1 – carrot, 1 – cucumber, 1/2 – mango, coriander leaves, 2-3 – green chillies.

Method:

  1. Cook the peanuts with salt.
  2. Drain the water but not entirely.
  3. Now add the very finely chopped or grated ingredients to the peanuts.
  4. Sprinkle some lemon juice on the top.
  5. Serve it immediately.
  6. Peanuts should not be left to dry.
