Ingredients:
• 1 cup- raw peanut.
• Salt to taste.
• 1/2 – finely chopped or grated onion, 1 – carrot, 1 – cucumber, 1/2 – mango, coriander leaves, 2-3 – green chillies.
Method:
- Cook the peanuts with salt.
- Drain the water but not entirely.
- Now add the very finely chopped or grated ingredients to the peanuts.
- Sprinkle some lemon juice on the top.
- Serve it immediately.
- Peanuts should not be left to dry.
