Ingredients:
• Maida – 1 cup
• Rice flour – 1/4 cup
• Rava – 2 tbsp
• Thick sour Curd – 3/4 cup
• Salt – to taste
• Baking soda – a pinch
• Green chillies – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
• Coriander, chopped
• Onion – 1, chopped
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except baking soda & close it and set aside for 6 hrs.
- Try not to add water at all.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Mix baking soda to the mixture.
- Make small balls of the mixture and fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
