Ingredients:

• 6 Mango slices
• 250 gms – canned Pineapple slices
• 1 cup – Pineapple juice
• 200 ml – Coconut Milk
• Pineapple slices to garnish

Method:

  1. Crush the pineapple and mango slices and mix with the pineapple juice in a large jug.
  2. Gently pour the coconut milk in the jug. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. To serve, place lots of crushed ice into individual tall glasses.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slices.
  5. Serve immediately.
