Ingredients:
• 1.5 liters – Milk
• 7 to 8 tbsp – Sugar (or as taste)
• 3 – alphonso mangoes (peeled and chopped into small pieces)
Method:
- Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel.
- After a boil simmer.
- Boil the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
- Add sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Cool and add chopped mango pieces.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
