Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Ripe, Mango pieces
• 4 tbsp -Sugar
• 2 cups – Wheat flour/atta
• 5 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Salt.

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together lightly with a fork.
  2. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 35 mins until the top is golden brown.
  3. Remove and cool.
  4. Serve with custard or ice cream.
