
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Mango pulp
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 3 tbsp – Suji
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – chirounji
• 1 cup – Cream
• 1/2 cup – powdered Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• Oil – for deep frying
• Dry fruits.
Method:
- Mix maida and mango pulp.
- Soak suji in milk for an hour and add to the mango-maida mix. Add more milk if the batter is too thick.
- Add chirounji and cardamom powder to the batter.
- Deep fry the pua in hot oil.
- Beat cream and sugar till light and pour over the puas.
- Garnish with dry fruits.
