Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Powder of Groundnut
• 250 g – Tomato
• 250 g – Potato
• 250 g – Carrot
• 250 g – Cabbage
• 100 g – Garlic
• 250 g – Onion

Method:

  1. Cut patcora leaves into small pieces and boil in 2 litre of water.
  2. Boil all the sliced vegetables like carrot, potatoes in 5 litres of water. Let it remain in the water.
  3. Remove patcora leaves from boiled water and add to the boiled vegetables.
  4. Add groundnut powder and boil together. Stir until well cooked.
  5. Heat oil in another vessel, mildly fry garlic paste, onion paste, tomato paste, and chilli powder.
  6. Add to the vegetables, season with salt and boil it for another 15 minutes.
  7. Then add lemon juice. It’s ready to serve.
