Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef or Mutton
• 1 – cauliflower, cut into florets
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 3 tbsp – Coconut paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – chopped, coriander leaves.
Method:
- Soak the cauliflower florets in warm salt water for about half an hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan or a pressure cooker and saute the onions for a few mins.
- Add the garlic and ginger paste and stir fry for 3 mins.
- Add the meat, chopped tomatoes and all the other ingredients and saute for a few mins.
- Add sufficient water and cook till the meat is tender.
- Then add the cauliflower florets and simmer for 5 more minutes or till tender.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve.
