
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – meat, small pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1 – Egg
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/4 cup – powdered skim Milk
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook onion and meat on slow flame till tender.
- Drain and cool.
- Put through food chopper.
- Mix all the ingredients except skim milk. Powder well.
- Make patties of the mixture.
- Roll the patties in milk powder.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 mins.
- Serve hot.
