
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – boneless Meat (either Beef or mutton), cut into small bits
• 3 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1 tsp – all spice powder
• 2 tbsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 2 tbsp – salt
• 1 cup – refined oil or sesame oil
• 2 cups – Vinegar
Method:
- Wash the meat well and leave it to dry.
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and ginger for some time.
- Add the meat, chilli powder, cumin powder, nutmeg powder, spice powder, turmeric, vinegar, salt and mix well.
- Cook on low heat, till the meat is cooked and the gravy is almost dry.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- When completely cold, store in bottles and use when required (refrigerate).
