Ingredients:

• Fresh bunch of Methi – 1
• Tomato – 2 medium size
• Potatoes – 3 medium size
• Garlic Ginger paste – 3 tsp
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Dhaniya powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder
• Garam Masala Powder (optional)
• Jeera -1 tsp
• Oil and Salt

Method:

  1. Peel the aloo and cut into cubes.
  2. Clean the methi leaves and grind into a fine paste. Heat oil and add jeera, then add the ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Fry till brown, then add the tomatoes.
  4. Add all the other masalas except garam masala.
  5. Add the potatoes and methi paste.
  6. Add about 2 cups water allow to cook on slow fire.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala. Serve it hot with Rotis.
