Ingredients:
• 2 tsp – Methi seeds
• 1 tsp – white sesame seeds
• 2 tsp – Coconut
• a pinch – mustard
• a pinch – Haldi
• 2 to 3 – dry Red Chillies
• 2 tsp – fried grams
• small Lemon size – Tamarind
• Jaggery
• salt
• water
• oil – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Fry white sesame seeds without adding oil till it changes colour and take it out.
- Grind coconut, dry red chillies, mustard, haldi, fried grams, tamarind, jaggery, fried white sesame seeds, salt, water.
- For Seasoning:
- Warm 2 tsp oil.
- Add mustard. When it starts to splutter, add methi seeds and fry for a while.
- Add dry red chillies, fry it for second.
- Add ground masala, little water and allow gravy to thicken.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with chapatti, rice.
