Ingredients:

• 1 cup – dry Apricots (soaked overnight)
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – dry Cucumber seeds or sliced Almonds
• A pinch – Orange food color

Method:

  1. Grind the soaked apricots with sugar as a thick paste.
  2. Take this thick apricot paste and the food colour in a microwave safe bowl.
  3. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on high.
  4. Give a stir every 3 or 5 minutes.
  5. Add the ghee and nuts and cook on high again for 5 minutes.
  6. Finally add the cardamom powder and stir again.
  7. Serve it warm or chilled.
