
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Almond (badam) paste, ground with half tsp Saffron
• 4 cups – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• Ghee for greasing a plate
Method:
- Mix the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour half of it in an extra large glass bowl and microwave on high for 6 mins. Take it out every two minutes and mix well.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee. Then microwave on high for another 6 to 8 mins, stirring every two minutes.
- When it is done, the consistency will be thick and gooey.
- Immediately pour on to a greased plate to cool and set.
- Cut into shapes and serve.
