Ingredients:

• 1 large bunch – Mint leaves
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 4 to 5 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal grains
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 to 3 stalk – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp – roasted, skinned, Peanuts
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 small lumps – Jaggery
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/3 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Wash and drain both leaves.
  2. Heat oil in a large microwave pan. Sprinkle seeds, add washed leaves.
  3. Put in a shallow, broad microwave pan.
  4. Microwave, covered, on high for 3 mins.
  5. Take off fire, allow to cool.
  6. Add all other ingredients in a small electric mixie and grind till smooth paste is formed.
  7. Add cooled mint mixture.
  8. Blend till mixture is smooth and soft.
