Ingredients:

• 2 cups – frozen Mushrooms
• 1/4 cup – rolled oats
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 tsp – Olive oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – low fat Cream

Method:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add olive oil and chopped onions and cook on high temperature for a minute.
  2. Add frozen mushrooms, salt and pepper powder and cook for 3 minutes on high.
  3. Add 2 cups of water, low fat cream and cook for 5 minutes on high temperature.
  4. Add the rolled oats to the cooked vegetables immediately and stir once.
  5. Blend the soup in a blender. Serve hot with cream and dry herbs.
