Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – sprouted moong
• 1/4 cup – sprouted Channa
• 1 large Onion chopped
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• 1/2 bunch coriander, chopped.
• few Mint leaves chopped
• 1 tsp – Vinegar white
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – ground Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder

Method:

  1. Wash and drain the sprouts.
  2. Add onion, tomatoes and rest of the seasoning.
  3. Mix well, add mint and mix lightly.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  5. Chill and serve.
