Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – sprouted moong
• 1/4 cup – sprouted Channa
• 1 large Onion chopped
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• 1/2 bunch coriander, chopped.
• few Mint leaves chopped
• 1 tsp – Vinegar white
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – ground Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
Method:
- Wash and drain the sprouts.
- Add onion, tomatoes and rest of the seasoning.
- Mix well, add mint and mix lightly.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Chill and serve.
