Ingredients:

• 100 gm – Almonds
• 100 gm – green Pistachios
• 2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron strands

Method:

  1. Crisp the saffron on a warm griddle.
  2. Crush with hand.
  3. Blend all the ingredients in a dry grinder until coarse.
  4. Store in an air tight jar.
