Ingredients:

• 4 – Carrots
• 50 ml – Milk
• 100 ml – condensed Milk
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 2 tsp – cashew nuts, split
• 2 tsp – Raisins

Method:

  1. Grate carrots and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee and add finely grated carrots and fry for 3 – 4 minutes.
  3. Add milk and mix all the ingredients well, stir occasionally.
  4. Cover and cook on a low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Finally add milkmaid and stir well.
  6. Again cover and cook for another 15-18 minutes on a medium heat.
  7. Add split cashew nuts and raisins and stir continuously for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm or cool.
