Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lime/lemon juice
• A small piece of Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Salt

Method:

  1. Wash the mint and coriander leaves well.
  2. Scrape and wash the ginger.
  3. Grind all the ingredients together till smooth.
  4. This chutney can be served with rice, samosas, patties, cutlets etc.
  5. It could also be used as a sandwich paste.
