Ingredients:

• 4 – potatoes.
• 2 – eggs, beaten.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 cup – dry bread crumbs.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• 1 cup – plain flour.
• 6 cups – water.

Method:

  1. Boil the unpeeled potatoes till tender (approx. 15 mins).
  2. Peel and mash using a potato smasher.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except salt and water.
  4. Make a dough of the mixture, soft.
  5. Make round balls of dough of approx. 1.5-inch diameter.
  6. Boil water and salt. Add potato dumplings. Cook till they float (approx. 10 minutes). Drain.
  7. Serve hot.
