Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Mint leaves, chopped
• 1 medium – Raw mango, peeled, destoned and chopped
• 1 medium – Onion, chopped
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – black salt
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Place all the above ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine paste.
- You may add 4 tbsp. of yoghurt to the paste after grinding (optional).
