Ingredients:

• Avarakai or broad beans (handful)
• Brinjal 1
• Aloo(Potato) 1 or 2
• Methi Leaves (1 Bunch)
• Green chillies (according to taste)
• Coriander leaves
• Mustard Seeds
• Urad Dal

Method:

  1. Cut the stem and take only methi leaves. Cut the vegetables in cubes and keep it aside.
  2. Grind green chillies and coriander leaves together.
  3. Heat the pan and add mustard and urad dal. Then add the ground paste. Fry for a minute or so.
  4. Then add all the vegetables and cook till they are done. It can be served with rice or roti.
