
Ingredients:
• Avarakai or broad beans (handful)
• Brinjal 1
• Aloo(Potato) 1 or 2
• Methi Leaves (1 Bunch)
• Green chillies (according to taste)
• Coriander leaves
• Mustard Seeds
• Urad Dal
Method:
- Cut the stem and take only methi leaves. Cut the vegetables in cubes and keep it aside.
- Grind green chillies and coriander leaves together.
- Heat the pan and add mustard and urad dal. Then add the ground paste. Fry for a minute or so.
- Then add all the vegetables and cook till they are done. It can be served with rice or roti.
