
Ingredients:
• 2 – Oranges
• 1 – Apple
• 1 – Banana
• few green Grapes
• 1 piece – Papaya
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• For Custard:
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 3 tsp – custard (depends on your taste of flavour)
• 2 tsp – Sugar
Method:
- Peel and cut the fruit in small pieces and put in a heavy bottomed vessel.
- Keep it on gas and go on stirring, so that all the fruits get smashed.
- Add sugar and go on stirring so that all the sugar gets diluted, and the consistency comes out a little thick.
- Now boil the milk add sugar and bring to boil.
- when the quantity of milk reduces, simmer.
- In one cup add half cup of cold milk and custard powder and mix it.
- Add to the boiling milk and go on mixing it so that there should not be any lumps in the custard.
- When the custard becomes a little thick remove it from the gas and let it cool.
- After a while, keep the mix fruit mixture and custard in the fridge to become cool.
- Serve it in a small bowl with few spoonful of fruit mixture and few spoonful of custard.
