Ingredients:

• 150 g – mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, beans, Corn )
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 200 gm – basmati Rice
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Tomato puree – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the basmati rice in pressure cooker.
  2. Pour 2 to 3 tsp of oil and a little butter in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Put all the above mentioned vegetables, chilli powder, tomato puree, salt and garam masala powder and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Then add the cooked rice to this mix and serve hot.
