Ingredients:

• Capsicum – 2
• Peas – 1/2 cup
• Cauliflower – 1 cup, florets
• Potato – 1 big
• Tomato – 4
• Chillies – 2
• Onion – 1
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – a pinch
• Ginger – 1 small piece
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the potato.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Cut all the other vegetables.
  4. Half boil all the other cut vegetables, with salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Make a puree of the tomatoes.
  6. Grind the onion, ginger and chillies.
  7. In a little oil, saute the ground masala.
  8. Add the puree, salt, sugar and chilli powder.
  9. Bring it to a boil and add the cooked vegetables.
  10. Remove from fire and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with roti, bread and puri.
