Ingredients:
• Capsicum – 2
• Peas – 1/2 cup
• Cauliflower – 1 cup, florets
• Potato – 1 big
• Tomato – 4
• Chillies – 2
• Onion – 1
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – a pinch
• Ginger – 1 small piece
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Boil the potato.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Cut all the other vegetables.
- Half boil all the other cut vegetables, with salt and turmeric powder.
- Make a puree of the tomatoes.
- Grind the onion, ginger and chillies.
- In a little oil, saute the ground masala.
- Add the puree, salt, sugar and chilli powder.
- Bring it to a boil and add the cooked vegetables.
- Remove from fire and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with roti, bread and puri.
