Ingredients:
• One Cauliflower – small florets
• Plain Flour two tbsp
• chilli Powder two tsp
• Onion two, finely chopped
• Tomato puree one tbsp
• Coriander leaves two tbsp
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Take cauliflower florets in a bowl, add salt and a little chilli powder.
- Add little water to flour make a batter.
- Coat the florets in the batter and deep fry them.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions first then add the tomato puree, chilli powder, salt and water.
- Let it cook on high fire for some time.
- Once the gravy thickens, add the fried cauliflower mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
- Make sure that you serve it as soon as you mix the florets in the gravy, else it becomes soggy.
