
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – All-purpose flour
• 2 tsp – Active Dry yeast
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1/2 cup – Luke warm water
• 3 tbsp – Olive oil
• Mixed veggies and Paneer stuffing:
• 1 cup – Potatoes (chopped)
• 1 cup – Scrambled Paneer
• 1 cup – Mushrooms (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Green bell pepper (chopped)
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 – Onion (big and chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Mix the yeast, sugar and salt in Luke warm water.
- Keep aside for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
- Take the flour in a large vessel and add gradually the foamy yeast and olive oil.
- Knead everything as smooth and soft dough.
- Arrange the dough in a greased bowl. Keep in a warm place for at least two hours and let the dough double in volume.
- Heat oil in a pan. Let the cumin seeds crackle.
- Immediately add the chopped onions and chopped green chillies.
- Saute until the onions turns translucent.
- Immediately add the chopped mushrooms and chopped potatoes.
- Saute everything for few minutes.
- Now add the chopped green bell pepper with garam masala powder and salt.
- Cook everything on simmer until the vegetables get well cooked. (Sprinkle water if needed)
- Finally, add the scrambled paneer.
- Give a quick stir and put off the stove.
- Keep aside and let the masala get cool completely.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet over a baking tray.
- Punch down the dough and make 10-12 medium sized balls.
- Flatten them with a rolling pin as a small thick disc.
- Place the already prepared masala in the dough.
- Shape the dough as buns. Arrange the stuffed buns over the baking tray and bake in middle rack for 20-25 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.
