Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 100g – small madras Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tsp – chilli power
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt, to taste
• 25g – oil

Method:

  1. In a cooker, add mutton, small onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Mix together and pressure cook for 10-15 mins.
  3. Remove from cooker when the mutton is fully boiled.
  4. In a kadai, add oil. When the oil is warm, add curry leaves, boiled mutton and chilli powder. Stir and close.
  5. When the gravy thickens, add the pepper powder and coriander leaves.
