
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Mixed vegetables (pressure cooked)
• 2 – Potatoes (pressure cooked)
• 1/2 cup – Sago (soaked for 2 hours and strained)
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• A few Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger (crushed)
• 1/4 cup – Bread crumbs
• Salt
• Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Combine the cooked mixed vegetables, cooked potatoes, soaked sago, garam masala powder, fennel seed powder, bread crumbs in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, heat few drops of oil.
- Saute the chopped onions, chopped green chillies, crushed ginger and curry leaves until the onions turns translucent.
- Add this cooked vegetables along with the already prepared sago-mixed vegetables mixture.
- Mix everything well along with enough salt.
- Make small balls from this mixture and keep aside.
- Heat the oil for shallow frying. Drop gently the already prepared patties and fry on both sides on a medium flame until the crust turns golden brown.
- Enjoy with ketchup for evening snacks.
