Ingredients:

• 2 cups mushroom, chopped coarsely
• 2 onions, chopped finely
• 3 Garlic flakes, crushed
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 cup sour Cream
• 1/4 Cream cheese
• 1 tbsp Celery
• 3 tbsp Butter

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Fry onions till golden brown. Remove and drain.
  2. Heat remaining 1 tbsp butter. Saute mushrooms for 10 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove and mix with onions.
  5. In a bowl, blend sour cream and cream cheese well. Add mushrooms and onions.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and celery.
  7. Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with chips.
